At Medusa Hair Extensions, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unworn hair extensions. To maintain hygiene standards, the gold security seal must remain intact for a return to be processed.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your hair extensions have not been removed from the cardboard backing and that the security seal is unbroken.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely place the extensions in their original packaging and include a note with your name and RMA number inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
